Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach Sugamo Station to Ikebukuro, where you can change trains with JR Yamanote Line to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Ueno, and many other destinations!
Apartment description
Three-story building located in the birthplace of Yoshino cherry trees, near to SugamoJizoDori shopping mall and SEIYU supermarket open 24 hour. There is also the very famous Sakura Onsen just 10 minutes walk away. Three-minutes walk from Sugamo station, the appartment was renovated just before we start renting it. It is well-balanced property with quietness and convenience.
The room has 14-mat expansive space for living room. All rooms are wooden floor and there is also a common balcony. You can therefore live comfortably at any season in winter with the wooden floor, and summer enjoying the balcony.

The room has a large storage space and a private balcony where you can overlook cherry trees.
