ABOUT ROOM
An apartment is a private space where you live alone or with people you choose, with your own kitchen, bathroom, and living area.
A sharehouse is a living arrangement where you have a private bedroom but share common areas like the kitchen and bathroom with other residents.
Internet access, weekly cleaning of the common area and furniture.
You need to provide:
– Passport
– Family information (Whatever your situation)
Yes, you can find in each accommodation:
– Air conditioner
– Bedding

– Vacuum Cleaner

Yes!
Yes, a private communal Internet connection is provided for each sharehouse/Apartment. If multiple guests are using the Internet, it might slow down or disconnect for a bit. In these occasions, we are not responsible for any compensation. If high speed Internet access is needed, we recommend that you set up a personal Internet connection. We are more than happy to help you with the set up.

You can’t smoke in your accommodation but you can smoke in smoking area.
DURING YOUR STAY
Our check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Yes, we can store your luggage both before check-in and after check-out, for up to 10 days at our office.
If you need to drop off your luggage outside of our business hours 10am to 2pm, you may leave it in front of our office door.
Yes! Renting a bike from us is essentially free. Only a deposit of 20,000 yen is needed. Once agreed upon, we prepare a bike for you, if available. Once the bike is returned to us as it was, we pay back the deposit.
Yes, but for each additional guest, we charge 20,000 yen per month.
