We provide comfortable accommodations for our guests in both guesthouses and apartments. Japan is infamous for its complicated rental procedures. With TOKYOSTAY, you don’t have to deal with any of the hassle. You can simply make a reservation online and pay a first installment of 20,000 yen. When you arrive in Japan, sign a contract and you’re all ready to go.

In these occasions, we are not responsible for any compensation. If high speed Internet access is needed, we recommend that you set up a personal Internet connection. TOKYOSTAY owns a language lounge called SPEAKEASY. SPEAKEASY is the primal location for international travelers to socialize in Tokyo. This is also a great place to meet cool locals in the area. We offer 2 free drink tickets to each of our guests every month.
Every day of the week, SPEAKEASY provides language exchange opportunities for the Japanese people. If you speak these languages, feel free to come along and join some interesting conversations.
SPEAKEASY opened in year 2009. Since then, 14 international couples got married after having met at the lounge. Many also received job opportunities and made long lasting friends here. The place is quite small, which provides a very intimate amtosphere.
